What is the minimum order?

The first order must be over 500€.

Reorders will have a minimum of 200€.

The prices indicated for calculating minimum orders and shipping costs are always without taxes.

What is the recommended retail price?

The price you see is the wholesale price per unit without VAT, that is, your purchase price.

To ensure that Londji toys receive the recognition they deserve, we recommend that the retail price be at least double the purchase price, plus the applicable VAT.

 When do I get free shipping?

Shipping will be free for orders over 500 €. If the order is less than this amount, there will be fixed preparation and shipping costs, which will vary depending on the destination country.

In France, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, Italy, Luxembourg, Austria, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, and the Czech Republic, the costs will be 18 €.

Free shipping costs are only applicable to the specified countries and within the continental zone. For other territories, such as islands and territories with special conditions (Azores, Madeira, Corsica, Jersey, Guernsey, Canary Islands among many others), we will prepare a quote based on the weight and volume of the order and inform you of the cost.

My country is not listed above, what should I do?

In this case, we will prepare a quote based on the weight and volume of the order and inform you of the cost if we ship with our carrier. You can also use a carrier that you hire directly if you prefer.

Can I buy from the UK, and if so, under what conditions?

Of course, you can buy from the UK! Here are the conditions:

- Currency: Purchases are made in British pounds (£).

- First order: Must be over £500.

- Subsequent orders: Must be a minimum of £200.

- Free shipping: For orders over £600.

- Shipping costs: If your order is less than £600, there will be a preparation and transport fee of £18.

For other non-continental territories and Crown dependencies, we provide a specific quote for transport costs.

After Brexit, please note that although toys are tariff-free, you will need to pay some small import fees.

You may need to pay the applicable VAT on the order to the carrier at the time of delivery, according to your tax regime (if you are registered as an importer and have an EORI number, all the procedures are greatly simplified).

When will I receive the order confirmation?

When you place the order, you will receive an initial provisional confirmation, without taxes, which will serve as proof of the products you have requested.

Within 24 hours, you will receive our final confirmation.

When and how will I make the payment?

When you place an order on our website, we will not ask for any immediate payment, even if it is your first order.

When we confirm the order from our offices, we will indicate the payment method and term, which will be those agreed in your customer file.

What is the preparation and delivery time?

We prepare orders within 5 working days (Monday to Friday) from their receipt (this time may be slightly delayed during peak activity periods).

To this time, you must add the transit time from our warehouse, which in working days is:

  •  5-7 days for European countries
  •  Other destinations, to be consulted.

Preparation and transit times must be added, are expressed in working days, and are approximate.

Once the order is prepared, you will receive a confirmation email with the departure date from our warehouse and the link to the transport company for tracking.

Can I cancel the order once it is placed?

We will do our best to cancel it as long as it has not left our warehouse.

All toys are carefully checked before shipping. If, even so, you find any defect, you can easily notify it from the main page menu by clicking on "contact". Within your Professional Portal, you have the Express Order option available. This tool is perfect for making quick orders of the products you already know. You just need to enter the product name in the search engine, select it when it appears, and add it to the cart.

To select a product as a favorite, just click on the heart that appears on the product's card. This action will allow you to save it in a generic favorites list that you will have available whenever you need it.

In addition to the internal controls relating to compliance with European regulations, our toys pass strict safety tests carried out by independent laboratories accredited by the European Union authorities.

Our toys are also tested, both internally and by independent laboratories, to ensure compliance with the toy safety standards applicable in the USA (ASTM Standard Consumer Safety Specification on Toy Safety (F 963)).

We only use raw materials (paper, dyes, cardboard and wood) that comply with the safety limits and we regularly check them.

It is important that the toy is used for the age group for which it is intended and that this is clearly indicated on the packaging or on the toy's data sheet, as the design of the toy takes into account the abilities and development of children of that age group.
