If a client has communicated a manufacturing problem with one of our products, we have a form for you or your client to fill in all the necessary information to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Once the information is received, we will look for the best solution and contact the client directly to inform them of the procedure.
This data collection allows us to have better quality control and provide a faster and more satisfactory response.

We know that sometimes the client needs an immediate response and requests a refund or total replacement of the product. The second option is not our preference because it is not very sustainable. We manufacture and have the capacity to find most parts and components.

In this case where you have had to replace or refund a product, please contact your point of contact at Londji to account for it and manage its collection.
